Mold Remediation from a basement

This residence had significant mold growth in the basement.  The home had an ongoing moisture problem and inadequate air flow in the area causing a serious humidity issue.  In this case, we chemically cleaned the mold and then sealed and painted the area.  The environmental humidity issues were addressed and the mold is not expected to return.

As with every mold project, we are capable of removing the visible mold and significantly lowering the mold concentrations in the home. The environmental conditions that caused the mold growth must be addressed.  If the same conditions continue after the remediation, the mold can be expected to return.
