Apartment Fire

These photos are from an apartment fire in Dubuque, IA.  An electrical fire in the kitchen resulted in significant smoke damage throughout the apartment.  We were forced to demo the walls down to the framing studs to dry up the resulting water damage.  One of our commercial dehumidifiers is still visible in the before picture.  After the fire and water damage were cleaned up and the structure dried, the property owner opted to have us handle the reconstruction.  As the after photo clearly shows, our construction crew did a great job renovating the apartment.  The owner was very pleased with the results.
