Severe Water Damage to Ceiling

Water damage to apartment building in Northwest IL. In these photos, one can see the consequences of not noticing a water loss quickly.  Water from the apartment above went unnoticed until it had soaked the ceiling below, causing irreparable damage.  The textured ceiling had to be removed, mold was re mediated and the ceiling was replaced.  The "after photo" shows the new drywall being installed.  Shortly after the photo was taken, the drywall was finished and the new textured ceiling was completed.
